As information and communication technologies advance, another form of school bullying called cyber bullying has been fostered. Many research and discussion issues have come up as cyber bullying has increasingly become a topic of public concerns and research efforts. This research reviewed the cyber bullying issue on its definition, measurement, type, and impact factors.
